silly wabbit
I’m back. Yes, I have set aside film for now (more on that later), and I have returned to the 8 to 5pm job of keeping water CLEAN. I’m back in Louisville. I’ll be traveling about 1/3 of the time. I want to get a dog, i might settle for a cat (travel too much for a dog).
Between projects for work, I have some time of nights and weekends to develop film ideas. I’m looking for a crew. I envision a circle of fillmmakers to help develop each others ideas. We can review each others scripts, trade ideas on filming resources, and when the time comes, be each other’s crew during shoots.
Also, I am applying to graduate school in economics. Those who know me well, know that I think analyticallly, and i’m always applying economic theory to everyday situations. "Freakonomics" no doubt has rekeindled my interest in this subject. Fall 2007?
OK. Silly wabbit. Cheney only peppered you, why’d you go and have a minor heart attack? This was the impetus in posting today. I have a sneaking suspicion about the heart attack. First, we heard nothing, then we heard the VP accidently "peppered" a hunting companion. You could say "shot" but it has such negative connotations. So, where is the VP? have we not seen or heard directly from him? A chickenhawk was guilty of friendly fire, what does he do? disappears. The victim? in the hospital, away from cameras. Would public reaction change, cement if their is an image to go with the injury? What does a "peppered" face of a 78-year-old man look like? Like a KFC drumstick? We might have gotten some images, had it not been for the "minor" heart attack. I may be cynical, but my first thought was that it was bull. what is a minor heart attack? wonder, could it be that they are allowing more time for the peppered face to heal? right now, the only picture we have of the victim is a nice one of him at his desk. we will see. what a dick?!
’til next time-

I had a similar reaction - when I first saw the headline, it said he had a heart attack. Then five minutes later it said ‘mild’ heart attack and my immediate thoughts went to how quickly they can spin….
Any chance you would come out west for grad school? Just curious. –P.
